A Georgetown ranch raising a small number of 100% grass-fed, grass-finished Wagyu steers each season. Each steer is split into eight units, and buyers claim an eighth, quarter, half or whole at a flat price that already includes processing, dry-aging and vacuum-sealing. Beef is hand-delivered in Greater Austin and Dallas-Fort Worth or picked up at the ranch; they do not ship.

How to order
- Pick an open steer from the current drop and claim an eighth, quarter, half or whole
- Half or whole can be reserved with 25% down; Affirm and Klarna available
- They text you to build a cut sheet with the butcher (or choose butcher's choice)
- Steer is harvested on its listed date; beef is ready 2-3 weeks after harvest week
- Pickup in Georgetown or hand-delivery on the scheduled day

- Is this a subscription?
- No. Each share is a one-time purchase of part of one named steer.
- Are there extra processing fees?
- No. The flat price covers harvest, dry-aging, cutting, vacuum-sealing and packaging, with no hanging-weight bill afterward.
- How much beef is in a share?
- They post about 45-55 lb for an eighth, 90-110 lb for a quarter, 180-220 lb for a half and 360-440 lb for a whole.
- Do they ship?
- No. Pickup in Georgetown or hand-delivery in Greater Austin and Dallas-Fort Worth only.
