Cattle are raised on grass on family ranches in Bastrop and Fayette counties and processed at a local family-owned butcher. They sell half and whole cows priced by hanging weight, plus a quarter bundle and a range of boxes that ship free in Texas.

- Yes. The $400 deposit is fully refundable before the animal is cut and is taken off your final total.
- Do they have a store?
- No. They are online only, with no retail storefront, and are closed Sundays and Mondays.
- Can I pick up a box instead of shipping?
- You can request pickup in the special notes at checkout, but they say pickup can slightly extend turnaround.
- Is there sales tax or extra fees?
- They state no sales tax and no hidden fees. Returning half/whole buyers get a discount.
