A family farm started in 2008 by Colby Smith, run with his wife Katie and mother Angela on about 200 acres around Burlington, Cameron and Gatesville. They raise Angus cattle, Dorper lambs, Red Wattle hogs, Cornish Rock chickens, Broad Breasted White turkeys and laying hens, all on pasture. They post per-pound prices for every cut and sell at three Austin-area farmers markets each weekend.
