A family farm in Milam County, about 20 miles north of Rockdale, run by Jim Richardson, a retired veterinarian, and Kay Richardson, a retired nurse. They raise grass-fed beef, pasture-raised pork and poultry, eggs and A2/A2 raw milk, and say the animals never get hormones or antibiotics. Buyers pre-order online and collect at Saturday farmers markets in Austin and Georgetown or at the farm store.

- Fill out the online order form by noon Friday
- Pick up at your chosen Saturday market or the farm
- Pick up by noon Saturday or the order may be sold to the waitlist unless you call ahead
- Thanksgiving turkeys: reserve on the order form, no deposit; picked up frozen at markets

- When is the order deadline?
- Orders must be in by noon Friday for Saturday pickup.
- Are they still at Sunset Valley?
- No. They left the Sunset Valley Farmers Market on 09/22/2026 and invite those customers to Barton Creek on Saturdays.
- Do Thanksgiving turkeys need a deposit?
- No. Reserve on the order form; turkeys are frozen and picked up at the markets.
- What if I am late to pickup?
- Call 512-635-3691 ahead, otherwise orders not collected by noon Saturday may go to the waitlist.
