A Texas family farm run by Catherine and Tanner that raises grass-fed, grass-finished beef, pasture-raised chicken fed without corn or soy, and heritage pasture-raised pork. Most meat is sold online and shipped, either as individual cuts or through the Grassroots Meat Club subscription, which ships free within Texas. Half and whole cows and pigs are reserved with a deposit and cut by their in-house butchers, who also make charcuterie at The 1915 Meatery.
